feat(scanner): add DNS resolver, wordlist brute-force, and worker pool
- dns.go: resolve domain to IPs via net.LookupHost with context
- wordlist.go: parallel subdomain brute-force with NXDOMAIN handling
- pool.go: generic worker pool for concurrent tasks
- temp_test.go: integration tests for DNS and brute-force
